The BFU hosts school tournament

The second round of school games organized by the municipalities in Sofia with the support of the Ministry of Youth and Sports has started at the Boyana Football Base.


Students competed in 3 age groups - 5-7, 8-10 and 11-12, with 4 teams participating in each age group. The teams present schools from 6 metropolitan areas. The winners of the different age groups will face the competition of the city championship.


The teams are composed of a total of 12 players, with 6 field racers and one goalkeeper playing on the pitch. The number of shifts is unlimited.


During the breaks between the meetings, the participants in the student tournament had the opportunity to watch the training of the youth national team up to the age of 18, which is at the camp at the moment. The championship will continue until April 19th.
